PRESS ACCREDITATION AND SERVICES
BACARDI Miami Sailing Week invites journalists, photographers and TV crews to cover the event from March 4 - March 10, 2012. There will be a Press Headquarters located adjacent to the event Village Area in Coconut Grove and will be open daily from Monday March 5th to Saturday March 10, 2012. The Press HQ facilities are strictly reserved for bona fide working media on assignment to cover the BACARDI Cup and Miami Sailing Week. Daily race results, press releases and photos will be posted at MiamiSailingWeek.com a few hours after each race and hard copies of both the daily results and press releases will be available in the Press HQ as well. Video reels will also be available upon request.

Press Boat
A shared Press Boat is provided on a daily basis for working media. Please check-in at the U.S. Sailing Center at least 30 minutes before scheduled daily departure to confirm availability on the Press Boat. The Press Boat departs daily weather permitting from Coral Reef Yacht Club at approximately 10:00 a.m. The Press Boat will return to the dock at the end of each day’s race, or earlier as needed by TV crews and other media on deadline. Every effort will be made to work with your schedule.
